With the latest Apple iOS update to version 11.4, new receipts and contracts can no longer be generated. Our developers are already working on a Thumbify update. Thanks to Burkhardt for the hint.
Error Description
When creating a new receipt or contract, the document is currently not created. After you have deposited the data for the receipt or contract and want to switch to the exhibitor, a continuous loading process will appear under iOS 11.4. Thumbify can then only be stopped.
Existing documents are not affected
Already created documents, receipts and contracts are not affected by the error under iOS 11.4. These can still be edited, if not yet completed.
Update from 04.06.2018 – fixed the bug
We have fixed the error. From now on, new receipts and contracts can be created again.
